Wymondham

Hello!

We are looking to relocate to Norfolk from London and would like some honest views of Wicklewoood please?

We have 2 school age children, so schools are important. We would also like local amenities like pubs, cafes, playgrounds and a leisure centre. We know we can get this in neighbouring Wymondham/Hingham if not in Wicklewood itself.

Any thoughts welcome.

Difficult to know how it compares to what you're used to, but I know the area and it's perfectly reasonable. Leisure centres at Wymondham and Dereham, and easy to get into Norwich. Wicklewood has a decent pub, school and Hingham has a V good GP practice. Wymondham direction is better for secondary schools. My one regret is there's not much going on in this corner of the county, and it takes too long to get to the beach, broads etc.
