Hi, wondered if anyone can give some advice.
I have a 1 and 2 year old and looking to move to at.ippolyts in hitchin.
We fell in love with being in a much quieter area and feeling as if it's a lot more safe for the children to be out as well as good schools nearby.
However, as the sale is going through I'm getting slightly anxious if we should be staying in a more of a town environment?
The house we are buying also needs a lot of work to be done throughout including an extension and reworking the ground floor layout. The house heat source is oil and there is no mains gas in the part of the village we are moving to....is this wise to move to a house with only oil as the energy source?
I fear I see my dream house that this could be and not looking at just how long and amount of work the house will need!
