How TOWIE is Chelmsford?

I am quite certain this is the wrong thread but.... how TOWIE is Chelmsford? I'm intrigued by cheaper prices (compared to London), good schools but a bit concerned it's a very "Essex culture".

I don't think Chelmsford counts as rural living 😂.

Nothing rural about Chelmsford! Although some lovely villages close by. I wouldn't say any of the Essex cities are any more TOWIE than any other part of the country. You do know that the 'Essex girl' thing is a joke and not a great one. Chelmsford boasts both KEGS and CCHS. Both excellent super selective schools

TOWIE is more London than Essex, yes some spills out but as much as any of the other Home Counties. Chelmsford is a city so not rural but outside of the cities there is a lot of beautiful areas of rural Essex.

Chelmsford is a nice little town.
