I know this has been covered in the past but keen for an up to date answer.
We currently live in Welwyn Garden City, have a 6 year old boy and another on the way so we need to buy a 3 bed house from our current 2 bed. Also want off street parking, garage etc.
Biggleswade area seems to be the best bang for buck, we don't want to be too far from London but I only commute a couple of times a month.
Anyone have advice on best areas of Bigglewade. I like the look of the Kings Reach aria on the outskirts but not sure what it is like
