Heating oil prices

Are home heating oil prices likely to come down anytime soon?

We missed the boat and didn't fill up in June when they were cheaper. I think we should just fill up now as I don't see them dropping any as we approach Autumn, DH thinks we should hold off and see.

Not sure sorry but it is usually cheaper over the summer. I put an order in for delivery this month.
I'm in the West of England oil buying club which covers from Gloucestershire to Swindon and south. We're in Somerset. The club makes the oil price the cheapest it can possibly be as thousands of orders a put together and are supplied by the winning supplier each month. Makes a big difference and we've save a lot of money over the years. See if you have one in your area. It's a lot cheaper than boiler juice and similar.

I live in West Wales. I checked about 10 days ago and it was 74p/L and thought I'm not paying that in the summer. Today it's 94p!!!!

That's a steep increase! We did go for it few weeks ago. I don't see them coming down as the weather gets colder.

Boiler Juice offered me 72p/L today so ordered some to arrive in a couple of weeks.
