With the current mortgage hikes I'm now in the position where Im going to have to move. I don't have any alliances to family etc so pretty much open to suggestions.
Where would you move for £365k maximum budget, good schools, garden & parking and not in the heart of a city. Ideally a rural lifestyle....

Something like this would be amazing! Size wise and outbuilding. For £325! But it's in a busy area.
I was thinking Swindon, Dorset, Wiltshire but I have very limited knowledge of these areas - can anybody share their favourite places that are affordable and if you were a lone single parent where you would consider.
