Hi,
Following on from my other thread about to make the move or not, I'm looking at some villages around Spalding. I'm moving from the south East region so the pros for me would be:
- decent commute into London when needed for dh, but is the change at Peterborough a mare?
- Easy reach of Lincoln, North Norfolk coast line and gorgeous beaches, Cambridge etc, lots of places to explore without the dreaded m25
- seems to be decent schools, but not sure about the secondary's, but grammar is a possibility.
- I can get an awful lot of house/land for my south east property value
With this in mind, I'm looking for some real, honest reviews of the region, schools, areas to avoid etc.
