Bats - anyone built a hibernaculum?

We hoping to refurbish our badly extended chalet bungalow. As part of the planning application we have had our bat survey.
We have both pipestrel and brown long earred bat. Currently the occupying a roof space of 1.8 high and 4m, one suggestion is we build a hibernaculum on top of a garden building we are adding instead for them, has anyone done anything similar.
This explains why the cats goes mental opening every cupboard door in our bedroom - trying to access where the bats live.

I don't have any advice on that, but we too have bats living in our roof space, specifically the slats that lay on our dormer bedroom! They don't cause problems for us and we get to watch them fly out our night which is quite fun! There are definitely methods of safe relocation though, is there no wildlife experts where you live you could ask for advice?

They will be using the space as a toilet.I had one invade my loft and I had it legally excluded.Horrible things.

I should add this is advice from a bat expert on what Natural England will expect us to do to meet the bats needs after we use the space they are currently occupying in our extension.
