Anyone know Eaton Ford Eaton socon Paxton areas

Basically anyone know these areas well please, friend is wanting to look round these particular areas in the next month, she’s not bothered about schools ,but needs to know the good roads to live and the ones to avoid she’s not on mumsnet so I will have to advise her

I wouldn't exactly call it rural! Eaton Ford and Eaton socon aren't villages, they're just areas within the town (once villages I assume). Little Paxton is mostly 1970s housing estate and again, not super rural.

The Eaton Ford end of monarch road is nice, as is the area near the riverside park.
