Was thinking of heading out (east of England) to look for some.

I’ve seen some in my back garden!

GingerScallop · 14/07/2020 16:43

My little one has been picking them everyday these last 4 days in our garden

ChaoticCatling · 14/07/2020 16:49

Yes, they've been quite sour though, despite looking ripe. Would be better to freeze for cooking with than eating as is.

Still flowers and green nibs here, far north!

Honeyroar · 14/07/2020 16:51

No nothing here yet. Usually late august here.

But I live in London! Does that count?

Garden ones for a week or so and just seeing the first wild ones now (south coast).

Some in my garden too. I'm in Manchester

Lovelydovey · 14/07/2020 16:56

Yep in south London

Yes and today we’ve just finished 2 more crumbles for the freezer. An old lady commented that it was early but I think the hot weather has helped.
