Has anyone seen any ripe blackberries yet?

Was thinking of heading out (east of England) to look for some.

I’ve seen some in my back garden!

My little one has been picking them everyday these last 4 days in our garden

Yes, they've been quite sour though, despite looking ripe. Would be better to freeze for cooking with than eating as is.

Yes and today we’ve just finished 2 more crumbles for the freezer. An old lady commented that it was early but I think the hot weather has helped.
