Moving to Newcastle area

looking for some advice, wanting to buy a 3 bedroom house semi detached with garden for around 130 k where would be the best options around Newcastle for this?

Ex-council in most areas around Newcastle. In some areas, you would struggle to be honest. Can you narrow down the area a bit?
