Farnham area - advice please!

Hello! We are thinking of buying a house on Weydon Road Hill in Farnham, but noticed the lower end of the road isn’t as nice/well kept... Should this put us off? Does anyone know much about this area? Thanks x

I don't know the road but that's a 'good' part of Farnham and will be in catchment to the excellent secondary school.

I'm not sure I'd class Farnham as rural though 😊
