Moving to Ashford Kent

Hi we r moving to Ashford and need to know the areas to avoid buying in. I have seen a post on here before but it goes back to 2006. Can anyone help

I don't think there are any areas to avoid tbh. There are lovely neighbor's and horrid neighbours in all areas.
Although I guess what your asking is - stanhope is the main council estate. Also nine acres in kennington and twelve acres in willesborough are also council heavy.
Park Farm is also mainly rental.
