Hi, my housing officer contacted me yesterday regarding a property soon to be available and asked if I was interested.. of course I was. So I got of the phone to her and started a chat with my housing to be sure it wasn't a prank well I was told it was a potential offer on the property but allocations need to speak to the council first. Well today I was told that he is asking other people to see who is best eligable for it.. I'm just wondering if anybody knows what a potential offer means and if people got their properties?
It's confused me and I ask housing and they can't get me much info regarding it until they decide..
