I’m looking to move to a village near Durham City. I’d prefer to the West because I like walking in Weardale, somewhere with a good sense of community under 10 miles from Durham, in the Lanchester area, would be preferable. Any advice on good (and bad) places to live would be much appreciated. Thank-you!
