What is Ampthill like for kids

Hi, we're thinking of relocating from Hertfordshire to Ampthill. Could anyone help with information on the town, and what is like to live there. Is there much for entertaining toddlers, children's centre, parks, indoor soft play, toddler groups, child friendly cafe etc. Oh and importantly schools!

A friend of mine who lives there has teenage daughters who go to Redbourne. She says it's a good school.
