Hi, my husband and I are currently renting in Ramsbottom. We are looking to buy and if money was no issue we would like to remain here but unfortunately the house prices are rising so we are having a look further afield. We like Rawtenstall but are struggling to find a house away from the busy main roads that run to Crawshawbooth or Bacup. Wondering what people's thoughts on Waterfoot are as we have seen a house here that ticks almost all of our boxes?
