Is there anyone who is familiar with Sevenoaks / St. Albans and would be able to advise on areas to consider / avoid?
Considering leaving London and am looking at properties in both cities but finding it difficult to gauge what the different neighbourhoods are like!
Also, any thoughts on what the parents scene is like. Many toddler / baby groups and activities around?
