Myself and my Husband are currently living in Faversham, Kent and we love the village feel it has and would like some suggestions of pretty villages in the North West.
It needs to be about an hours commute to Stretford, Manchester but we would also like to be near Lytham St Anne's as that is where family are based.
We are looking for a small town or village with a good community feel and a few small shops and good pubs. We would like to be semi rural and close to good walks.... do any places like this exist?
