Wing Leighton Buzzard Buckinghamshire

Can anyone tell me about the village of Wing. We are moving from Herts and Im interested in living in one of the villages around Leighton Buzzard. Have seen a house in Wing - can anyone recommend? Thanks in advance for replies.

It's a busy through town (at least I think it's a town rather than a village)
Doesn't seem all that rural.
You do get a lot for your money there compared to somewhere in Hertfordshire though.

If you're looking for rural living then cheddington or long marston are nearby but nice small villages without being commuter cut throughs

Thanks dilapidated Am still looking around - need the London train so it may be a gentle transition to rural life :)
