Hi I can't find much information on this place, I really like the look of it just wondered if anyone else had any comments about the place?

Not really a village (well it was back in the day before Telford was invented); lots of new housing and facilities, close to Telford centre. Definitely not rural!

Very enclosed, the houses are on top of each other and overlooking each other.
Not rural and its expanding all of the time.

It's essentially a suburb of Telford. Mainly new housing close together and some challenges in parking if you have more than one car.

I've driven past that place frequently from when it was fields. Houses look cheaply built, each phase was certainly thrown up rapidly, but there are a variety of styles so some might be better quality than others.
It's definitely not a village, the real village was Lawley itself but that's no longer rural either.
I wouldn't live there myself but my kids think it's great as it has a Papa Johns pizza place.
