Thanks for taking time to read. We're planning on moving from London ( first time buyers). Have 13, 3, and 1 year olds. We will need to commute to London for work. Our budget is 280k. Please help us with information about the areas as we have no idea what they're like. DD is very academic so would prefer to be near a good secondary. Ideally have to be able to walk to the station.
