Best place for wood for fires/stoves

I've put this here and in chat for traffic.

We have used mainly coal in the past but want to go with just wood this year. Where do you buy your wood and what kind of price/type of wood do you buy?

I'm trying to compare prices to that available locally (North Cumbria) which isn't the cheapest really. Does anyone buy in bulk from online sellers?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I sell firewood from our fallen trees and arboriculture business. Fully seasoned mix of hard and soft 2 years 20% moisture - £75 per cubic meter. The more you buy the cheaper it gets - its tipped and you have to stack. Lots of farmers do wood on the side and best support local business than import it from all over the country seams madness to me. Worth google there are a lot advertising on Facebook too.

I like this company worth searching for a local supplier on here:

Thanks for the link, I have managed to find some local supplies who charges between £68-75 per cubic meter so will give them a go.
