Financial adviser or not?

Hi everyone,

I’m getting worried about the impact a market correction will have on my pension. I’m 49 with around £540k in my funds and want to retire at 58. Would it make sense to get a financial adviser who would actively manage my money instead of leaving it in passive funds?

Thank you.

Active management almost never beats the market over the long term.
