Questionnaire to plan retirement

I want to think about how to plan for retirement effectively. Still 20 years away for us, but we want to envisage what our ideal retirement would look like etc. Years ago I came across a very detailed questionnaire which made me think in intricate detail what I would want my life to be like in retirement, but I can’t find it anywhere now. Does anybody have any useful suggestions as to where I can access this kind of detailed questions which would make DH and I think very carefully about what we want for ourselves ?

Can't help with the questionnaires, but a lot changes in 20 years.

Can be awful things we'd rather not think about (illness, accident, bereavement) or can be wonderful things we weren't expecting (lottery wins, unexpected inheritance)
or can be changes in family relationships - an unexpected new child, or maybe some grandchildren, or ending up caring for someone that isn't on your radar now.

Things change at work to, as does your attitude to work.

Saying you are going to travel the world / downsize / look after grandchildren / keep working unti you drop / whatever thoughts you are having now, and actually wanting to do them at the age you think you are going to want to do them, are very different things.
