I reach state retirement age next year. If my employer allows me to go down to three days a week, can I still draw my state pension, or so you have to give up work totally?

You can draw your pension and still work. You can also defer taking the pension and the payments will go up slightly. www.gov.uk/deferring-state-pension/what-you-get
