I had a traumatic birth experinece, with stitches from episiotomy and 3rd degree tear, which healed ok, but I have no idea why I have just gone off sex alltogether...my DC is 15 mo so we have had it like few times and it hurt like hell and that puts me off big time. I am quite small down there , so maybe thats why it hurts.... Sometimes I wonder did they stitch me too much Also I m like 1,5 st overweight which does not boost my confidence......I do not know, jst not interested much, bit lazy.....

Have you spoken to your GP? Got a dilator? Made sure all is okay with your lower bits?

loves2walk · 08/07/2010 15:37

It 'hurting like hell' is good enough reason to be put off sex. I wouldn't try again until you've been to your GP for an examination.

It shouldn't be hurting 15 months later. You definitely need to see your gp. My sis had a similar prob and had a v minor op to sort it out.

yeah, i guess i need to see my GP about this. Gosh, so it is possible they stitched me funny??
