how do you get divorced?

this is gonna be a nightmare.
We cannot separate, neither of us have anywhere to go, or any money to move out.
H will not accept that it's over, although I think with tonights events, he might have turned a corner.
I have no money to pay the debts I have, I have just spoken to every creditor to put things on hold, so feel a bit better about that.
How am I going to get divorced without the money to pay a solicitor?
there is equity in the house, but obviously that will have to be sold and money split
I have been trying to get a job for the last 4 months, have had a few interviews but nothing happening.have lowered my expectations, but it seems being out of the market for 3 years is a big deal.

if you have very little or no income then you may be entitled to legal aid to cover the costs of your divorce. the other option is that you go the local county court who will give you the papers and guidance to issue divorce proceedings on your own. finances are dealt with separately. if i was you i was find a solicitor who offers legal aid and make an appointment.

Go see/ call the CAB they can help re debt managment and divorce and advise re house sale etc the actual divorce could only cost what the courts charge if straight forward but CAB will point you in the right direction
