Int the Prayer bit 3a Ancillary relief is that just for me if i want him to pay me maintenance? I dont so do I cross all 6 out?

We have got maintenance all set up for children so on part B is that the "periodical payments order" to keep in and cross the other options?

TIA

Leave everything open.

Even though you may not intend to apply for things like secured provision orders, by leaving the whole thing as it is on the form you're leaving all your options open.

Have you taken legal advice? Do you realise you may be entitled to a share of your h's pension, to more than half of the assets (if you earn less than him), and to spousal maintenance as well as child maintenance?

As far as I know, you do the payments order separately so yes. I think you should wait for a legal Mumsnetter to reply; just didn't want to let your question fall off the page

oops, and she was there at the same time!

If you cross anything off at this stage you can't claim it in the future, or at least not without a lot of extra hassle.
