For the near future, I am stuck here - with various people who I swear are trying to crack me. It's working!!
DP is just cnstantly lying to me. I want to leave but for the meantime I need to learn how to stop caring. How does one emotionally detach from the poisonous people around them? I need advice on how to BE single (I don't mean shag around, I just mean in my head, be single) and STOP letting them get to me. How do I do it when we're living under the same roof?

This is useful to a lot of people: this is detaching as in stopping being so entangled with others and letting them be themselves:
