i have been with my dp for 15 years since i was 19. things started to go wrong about 7 years ago and we did have some time apart. during this time i did sleep with some one else. about 4 months afterd we got back together i found out he had been sleeping with a mutual friend. it had gone on for about 8 months. we split up and sold our house and went out seperate ways for about 10 months. he was infactuted with this women but he did eventually see her for what she was ( a total slut) and realised his mistake. i by now had got on with my own life. his father then died suddenly and i was very close to his dad. it brought us back together. we both had to work hard on the trust thing but 6 years later we have 2 dd's and are stronger than we ever was. we both feel that we were just plodding along before. has anyone else experianced similar
