How do I get him out

Hi, been having constant rows with my partner and have decided I've had enough. I told the council he was living with me on monday but he's not on the tenancy.

How can I get him out as he says he won't leave until he's sorted 'things' out which could be weeks

Hi, I don't know the answer myself, but I strongly suggest you potter down to your local Citizens Advice. CABs have access to a wide range of information about this very issue, and they won't cost you anything.
