abusive relationship questionnaire, it was linked on athread here before but i cant find the right one again.

im trying to find a questionnaire i saw linked on here that was for women who thought they were in abusive [mainly emotional] relationships.
i remember reading it and thinking it was a good one because at the end it said
"if you answer YES to ANY of these questions, you may be in an abusive relationship"

if anyone can link to a good one thatd be great, the ones that are coming up on google are abit :S
