my ex is away & i am arranging a bithday party so i asked his house mate for the ballon pump. The next thing i know he is giving me his mobile number - so i took it & said thanks as you would as he left the pump outside the house. I then asked if he would fix my printer as he is a wizz like that. he designs computer games - but he text 3 days later saying sorry i had no credit & do u want me still fix the printer. but i have text him but he never replies. so i text him & got a weird one back 'its his mate i have his phone & he is away till sunday'
My a silly girl my ex is going to kill me when he gets back. i have now deleted his number.

CelticBanshee · 13/05/2010 23:34

Who gives their phone to their friend to mind while they're away?

No-one, it was him texting you back, I'd put money on it

Well, I wouldn't put money on it because I don't gamble.. but if I did, then I would!

You were right to delete and if it's ever mentioned, he said he'd fix your printer, that's why you text, no more to it!

ItsGraceAgain · 13/05/2010 23:42

Thanks for the special juice, Mum!

I suppose "fix my printer" must be another of those, you know, codes... In this case it turned out she really did want a printer fixed. How disappointing.
