...has told the csa he can pay a fiver pw toward the care and education of our son, not paid school fees (his only contribution) since last year, lives between his mothers house up north and a woman, his new GF, he met through me. Our on-off relationship was abusive and destructive, I have subsequently met a man I am in love with, who has 2 grown-up daughters and is amazing. I arranged for my ex to take our son on alternate weekends, but our son came back with cuts, dog bites, clothes torn, always hours late for school. I have suggested mediation many times, he wont do it, so contact has ceased. He has now via legal aid applied for parental responsibility, also shared access when (if) he moves back to london and, because he is a dangerous sociopath who will stop at nothing, has suggested via soicitors, that my new BF is a predatory paedophile??? I am having to pay school fees now on top of everything else, I cant afford a legal fight, please please can anyone offer constructive advice? I want my son to be happy, and for them to have a relationship, but he is so frightening, I feel we have all moved on and this is so unnecessary, but he seems hellbent on destroying me and all thats good in our families life.
