Legal Advice

I'm really struggling to get legal advice regarding obtaining a residency order.

I've posted before that I have the chance to move abroad - however my abusive partner has joint parental responsability and I know I ca only take my son with me for up to 28 days without a residency order.

I need some legal advice urgently and I am trying to get through to the legal helpline for woman but there is no answer and I don't know where else to go.

I have no money to pay for a lawyer.

ARe you in the UK at the moment? Which country have you got the chance of living in?

I can move to the continent, still within the EU. I am reluctant to post exact details for fear of my partner finding it.
