Contemplating seperation. What are my options?

Don't know if it's best to stay in my home [it will be rented] or try and find housing association place. The house we co own is sold and I presume I would get half of the equity so don't know if I would qualify.
Maybe try shared ownership and find term time job that pays enough to qualify for that?
Sahm atm with three children, youngest is 3.
Mind in a mess.

I ave just separated from my H. You must get legal advice asap.
I assumed I would get 50% but was entitled to more, and nearly did not get it because I left going for advice very late.
Every case is different, but it helps to know where you stand before you make any difficult decisions.
