druggie neighbours

Help! summer is coming and i have the same prob. as last year. I open my windows and the neighbours below smoke drugs and the smell comes in my flat. I have a child. Housing say police issue, if i grass who knows what they will do! Anyone experienced this? would they get evicted for it? What shall i do!!!!!!!

There is a part of Housing Law which states it is illegal to use drugs in social housing. I will try to find it for you. I work for a HA and it is in our Tenancy Agreements.

Are they otherwise scary?

Could you just pop round & explain that their smoke (no need to specify that it's cannabis smoke you're smelling) drifts in, & is there any way they could try to reduce it?

Don't know exactly what, without knowing the layout, but maybe they could keep their window closed when they're smoking?
