Depends entirely on circs. Have had one night stands but if I want a "relationship" of some description with someone, then I like to get to know them a bit before sleeping with them. Find it makes the "doing it" more exciting and enjoyable.

Yes, I've done the full thing on a first date.

There once was the time that if they bought me a really nice dinner I felt oliged to!

Now I'm older and wiser, so if newly single and dateing I wouldn't bother until I felt absolutely ready (which for me would be unlikely to be the first date)
