Let's start the year on a positive note.

Lots of us were cursed with crazy parents. It takes years to recognise the bad stuff we "learned" as kids, then even more years to put ourselves right. While there are plenty of resources to help us identify abuse - and how it blights our relationships - there are fewer resources when it comes to learning the good stuff.

What healthy, caring responses have you experienced? How does your lovely DP help you overcome your problems? What do you do when your DC falls over, and when DC does something well? How did your lovely F&M reward you; how did they kindly teach you what was wrong? How do you gently let someone know they're out of order?

You could make a world of difference!
