I've name changed here.
DH is obsessed with exercising. Has to do something everyday- squash, tennis, cycling, swimming. He isn't overweight- 12and a half stone, about 5 feet 10.Neither is an adonis IYKWIM.
I hate sport- but go to the gym a couple of times a week. I'm 5 feet 10, 11 and a half stone, size 14.I look extremely good for my age, and get lots of compliments about the way I look.
I eat very healthily, but everyday I get snide comments "I've just swum 50 lengths", "I don't want to get fat", "mummy just sits at home stuffing her face."
Not only is this not true, it is getting on my nerves. The last couple of days have been particularly bad. I haven't spoken to him since Sunday - he's taken dd out, but I feel like packing a bag and fucking off somewhere for the night.

You know what? I'd be packing a bag and fucking off somewhere for the week.

Sounds like he's jealous that you're effortlessly in shape and he feels he has to work harder at it? BUT no bloody excuse for being so rude. You're probably too mature to counter with comments like "yes, and I still look fantastic". If you feel he needs a scare, then I'd sod off but otherwise think you might gain more by talking to him.
