Anyone else with an impotent "D"H?

My husband hasn't been able to have sex with me for 3 years. His erection disappears when it touches me although apparently he can masturbate. He didn't want to do anything about it, now recently he says he does but I'm not interested in him anymore. Any advice?

Have you thought about counselling? Sorry no advice, but wanted to bump this for you as it sounds like a difficult situation.

there's not enough info in your post to give any assistance

impotence in men is a lot more common than you realise. If you love him and want to help, encourage him to seek treatment. It's a really delicate issue for men and he will probably need all the encouragement that you can muster.

If this is purely a physical issue that has turned into something emotional, you should be able to salvage something with a bit of work from both sides.

But it's impossible to give any advice given that you've not said much - whether he's impotent or not, if you're not interested any more, you need to try and figure out why and whether there's anything that can be done as your husband will need some sort of explanation.

fedup, you've obviously encouraged him to seek treatment as you say he didn't want to do anything about it.

I am not surprised you've had enough! 3 years without an attempt on his part to sort this out is ridiculous. His expecting you to hold on for that long is above and beyond the call of duty.

Are you not interested in him anymore for this reason alone or are there other factors?

Why are you not interested in him any more?

Why has he not sought help before?

What happens if you masturbate him?

Are you not interested in him because you want to pay him back for 3 years of no sex?

dont know if you would call it impotent, but our sex life consists of 6 seconds of sex....its so boring. have tried everything but cant stop him having premature ejaculation. Sex life is so dull and predictable.
