DH BD is coming up on the 4th Jan, right after xmas. Can't have party because of family fueds and too late to organise now anyway.

Not much money too spend and he likes his gadgets, already got IPOD etc..

What the hell do I do?? anyone?

My hubby's BD is right before xmas too, I've got him an automatic watch winder ( I know that sounds mad but he's a watch geek) a couple of his watches are wound by movement only and this gizmo rotates them periodically.

Has he got a speaker dock or similar for his ipod? Amazon do some good deals.
Ipod case/stand/other gizmo?

He has got a breitling and doesn't need a winder for it however he had one when he had an omega and sold it. Already got the ipod stand thing.

Invested in a bottle of 98 Dom P yesterday (was also the year we got married), trouble is he has got really expensive taste and we don't have a lot of money, if it is not expensive forget it! Bit of a nightmare really.

My hubby's saving up for an Omega, I bought him a Hamilton as "compensation" for his vasectomy in July.

Is he in to whiskey at all? The last decent bottle I bought for DH was Auchentoshan - lovely stuff and sadly all gone now.£60 a bottle though! ( got ours from Gibraltar for £35).

Nice cashmere jumper? I've seen some half price somewhere and can't remember now.

Ring/chain?

Hubby's lastest toy is his iphone and he says it's the best thing he's ever had - he's a sci-fi geek so I'm never stuck for something to buy for him, thankfully.

He has just invested in a IPOD Classic and says the IPHONE would duplicate some of the features. God knows I am not a techy person. Whisky yes good idea might have to invest in bottle of that too, although with all this booze might be doing myself out of some maritial activities

Seriously will let him choose something himself and he can have it as his birthday present, will do the usual meal, Dom P, cake and stuff.

Might go to Fatface or Whitestuff too.

I got DH a membership to the Tate as a 40th present. It's fab. We get into exhibitions for free, get invites to private views and get to use the members room.

Hmmm! been thinking about seeing a show in London, need to discuss dates further when he gets back from Africa. His job can be a bit erratic.
