Have you talked to your husband?

Hi Rhiannon,
No, is the short answer to your question. There didn't seem to be the opportunity as I was working and we went out en famille on saturday. But never seeming to have the right opportunity is a bit of a recurring theme with me. We are going on holiday next week so I am hoping for some time in the evenings when we haven't got to rush around doing all the usual weeknight drudgery tasks. I don't know how to start the conversation really. I don't think it's worth thinking about too much as whatever I decide to say won't come out right so I shall just have to grasp the metal and get something out. I suppose it doesn't matter what as long as we get talking. Was it you who mentioned about writing stuff down before? I am going to do that now!! Thanks for writing

Good, write down what you want to say and either give it to him or discreetly refer to it as you talk to him. That way you won't forget anything or saying anything that comes out wrongly. Should do this with my MIL really but as she's 90 minutes away I tend to avoid her instead!
