Teenage crushes, how to deal with them?

I think a teen boy (14) I know, may have developed a bit of a crush on me.

I have to see him a lot, there is no way around it and he's such a lovely lad, I do not want to upset him but at the same time, I'm worried people will think I've done something to lead him on.

How do I deal with this please? it's a first for me. Do I just give him the cold shoulder or is that unfair?

I help out at a local group and we have a couple of teenage boys who obviously have a crush on me, i just treat them the same as any of the other children there, i make sure i don' direct a lot of attention to them but i also make sure i dont ignore them, i guess i just try to be normal around them so no one makes a big deal out of it, it will pass its probably all the new hormones and things rushing about. Im sure its a common thing.
