Ex doesn't know I am filing for divorce, have just completed the forms for solicitor, and feeling so panicky, scared of his reaction. He has moved on with another partner (been split for 7 months, he met her after 4 months!) so there is no point in prolonging the inevitable.
No equity in house, but want him to provide for DD financially, so it's probably going to involve CSA, which he will be very pissed off about.
He only pays 200 towards maintenance, which is laughable, as this goes straight to the nursery to pay half her fees, so we get nothing in effect. He has headed the payment as maintenance when he transfers it and refuses to send to the nursery direct, so he looks like he is doing his part. (I can't work at the moment as had a serious accident last year and DD has always gone to nursery)
This is going to get nasty isn't it.
