Has anyone any experience of this? Was it helpful? Expensive? Thanks.

Hi skybright

My hubby and me have been attending relate for five sessions now. It costs £45 a session. What I would say about it is that is provides a ground/space for you to talk with the guidance of another individual. Some sessions have been more productive and helpful than others. I think the reality it brought me was that they can give advice but at the end of the day it is down to the hard work of you two to make it work, a silly but hard reality check if that makes sense. I wish you all the best should you chose to go.
