EXP pleaded guilty to battery after attack on me. Anyone had any similar exps?

Just wondering what outcome was? I was holding our DD at time and was 7 months pregnant!

Just wondering if he will get away with a slapped wrist. Anyone experienced anything similar?

If he has no previous and I assume that you had no serious injury as a result, as this is common assault/battery he would be likely to get a community order, and you would probably be awarded compensation. That's my experience here, although different courts do vary in their decisions.
