Should I stay or should I go

Namechanging regular.
I've been with dh for over 12 years and we have 3 kids together. I don't love him anymore and haven't for a long time. He's a nice guy, is very kind and funny but completely wrapped up in his job. We live far away from family because of his job and I don't have anyone I can confide in here in RL.
He's not a bad man so if I end the marriage am I the bad person? Is not being in love a good enough reason to leave? How on earth can I do this to my lovely children?

Does he know that you don't love him?

Maybe he doesn't love you either and you need to talk it through?

Do you think you that being lonely and isolated where you live could be making you unhappy or even depressed? If so do get some help with that before you make any life changing descisions. Is it worth thinking about ways to meet more friends locally? Or seeing your GP? It is pretty tough having noone to confide in.
