Does child maintenance not get taken into account ???

.....when you are receiving it from your Ex and on housing benefit does it not get taken into account now?? I dont think so. Seems odd not to be concidered .. he could be paying you a thousand a week .

In my dreams...sigh.

Well , my Ex isnt paying that ...£200 per month more like.

Think i will get him to pay a standing order into my bank so i dont have to stand at the door with begging hands open every week.

Child Maintenance is now completely disregarded for HB purposes. There used to be a £15 per week disregard and the rest taken into account but it is all now disregarded since October.
